I pretty much always just write about things that stick in my head and whatever is going on in my life. I don't really try to focus on any particular thing - write about social issues or anything like that. I just kind to write about whatever is on my mind. Sometimes I write about relationships, people that piss me off, things that I hear about, other people's experiences - whatever goes through my head.

One of the things that we pride ourselves on - when you first hear our music, it kind of has a morbid, evil, sarcastic feel to it. But if you really read into the lyrics, we definitely have a positive message going. We're about individuality and everything like that. We hope people read into the message and get that from it. Live life happily, don't bother other people - just have a good time. I hope that's what people take away from it.
