Not to say the name of the band, but they're on this tour (Vans' Warped Tour). I went to go see them; I was in the sixth grade. When they were done playing I asked the guitarist if he had a pick and he had them all in his hand. He's like, "No man, my picks are made from diamond, from like, China." Dude, he didn't have a pick made from diamond from China! Diamond? A punk band playing at the Edge and he wouldn't give me a pick. And the show was over and no one was there. They're on this tour. We worked in two. We tracked the drums in a studio called Layer B West in L.A. Then we did the tracking and the vocals in a smaller studio in San Diego called Signature Sound and it's where Blink recorded all their records. It's a pretty cool studio. By the way, I have ADD and the first question you had asked me was about our record that's out, and I thought you were asking me about the record that we're about to do. We are going into the studio in about a month to record our next record, so I thought you were asking if we feel pressure for the next one, so everything I said about the label didn't really relate to the one that's out now. You know what I'm saying?

Well, back then we never even knew we would ever have a producer. We were a local band so when you're paying for recordings yourselves and you're starting out, you only spend $1200 to make it and we never knew that we would ever work with a producer that's crazy. That's what the big bands do. So for us it was a very normal and natural thing, we thought we'd always do it like that you know?

Well we haven't done a show yet, but all of the replies we've got have been insane on the website, kids have been saying how they're psyched to see us and stuff. We did the Warped tour a couple of years ago and it seemed like everyone there was singing along. We have one show booked in Sydney on our own and that's almost sold out.
