When we were first getting together Rollo and I had written a piece of music and a friend of ours said "I've just met a Buddist rapper". So Rollo asked Maxi to write a rap about frustration and he wrote the rhyme for Salva Mea. Maxi's take on frustration came from a time when he had no faith. Rollo recognised that and that's why he called the project Faithless. It was only meant to be for one single.
She doesn't sing with us live, but she's been working with us. We didn't know if she would on the third album. We didn't really want to ask her because we knew how busy she was but she came into the studio, heard a backing track and really wanted to sing on it. Who are we to turn her down?!
